Communication & Reporting
How well we communicate with other team members, building management and tenants directly affects our performance. We strive to communicate clearly and effectively so we can take appropriate and quick action if any issues arise. Through Communication & Reporting, we can handle and resolve janitorial issues quickly, manage work orders, and report any building issues such as maintenance problems, burnt out light bulbs or any unusual occurrences promptly.
As part of our Quality Assurance program, UBM's Client Coordinator will monitor and address any janitorial service issues through our dedicated email system and can assist in managing any other work order management systems used by our clients such as Angus Anywhere, etc.
